Mrs. Bones is please to order the convenience of secure ordering directly from this site. Simply find your trim from the collections listed in the COLLAR COLLECTIONS (Classic, Gallery, Masterpiece, etc.), click on "ORDER" button, and fill out the necessary options and information about the dog who will wear the collar. Then you can continue shopping, or check out.
When checking out, fill in mailing and payment information. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

Call Mrs. Bones at 1-877-767-1308 (toll free outside of VA) or 1-757-412-0500 (inside VA) and order directly, or just have any questions answered between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (Eastern).
Shipping
Domestic Shipping: Unless otherwise advised we ship all collars and leashes United States Postal Service Priority Mail 2-3 day service, we still have to make your order so it take about a week to ten days usually for you to receive it. If the item is in stock it could ship that day, if not it will take two additional days to make your order. In emergency situations we always do our best to help you.
Large item orders: May ship through another carrier. It depends on the item. We try to get the customer the best price.
International Shipping: We shop the rates for shipping to get you the best available International rate to your area, the online rate is a suggested fee and can vary based on destination and size of product. Express shipping request are subject to product availability, if item is not in stock there may be a drop ship charge from the manufacturer on non collar leash orders.
Return Policy
Collars and Leashes
Mrs. Bones guarantees her products against any flaws in materials or workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please contact Mrs. Bones immediately. You may return your items within 7 days, unused, with the original hang tags still attached. Mrs. Bones will issue replacement or shop credit for returns. There will be a $10.00 exchange/return restocking fee if return is not due to Mrs. Bones' error.
Mrs. Bones' products are not guaranteed against scratching, chewing, and excessive pulling. Dogs should never be tied out on Mrs. Bones collars.
Other Items
Dog Clothes and Shoes may be exchanged once within 12 days of purchase for an identical item of a different size. Items must be returned with original receipt and no sign of wear.
Dog Beds, Feeding Bowls, Home and Personal Accessories may be returned for store credit only.
Custom made Swarovski crystal jewelry is only returnable within 12 days of order shipment due to a defect in manufacturing.
Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
Not Returnable Items: Dog Treats, Dog Toys, and Pet Hygiene products are non returnable. Custom made Swarovski crystal jewelry is not returnable, personalized embroidered collars are not returnable unless there is an error due to Mrs. Bones.
