SHIPPING -- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We shop the rates for shipping to get you the best available International rate to your area, the online rate is a suggested fee and can vary based on destination and size of product. Express shipping request are subject to product availability, if item is not in stock there may be a drop ship charge from the manufacturer on non collar leash orders.
On Mrs. Bones' collar and leash orders, we still have to make your order if the item is in stock it could ship that day, if not it will take two additional days to make your order. In emergency situations we always do our best to help you.
USPS. Unless otherwise advised we ship all collars and leashes United States Postal Service Priority Mail 2-3 day service, we still have to make your order so it take about a week to ten days usually for you to receive it. Large item orders we may ship through another carrier. It depends on the item. We try to get the customer the best price.
