A look inside a Mrs. Bones Collar
Many people are curious about the construction of a Mrs. Bones collar. Here is the process:
The first and most important part of each collar is the decorative trim.
Once it has been chosen, a complimentary webbing is cut. Mrs. Bones has many color choices.
Then a harmonizing lining is cut. First the lining is sewn on the webbing, then the decorative trim, using imported Swiss thread. The collar is now ready for closing.
The brass slider (for size adjustment) and D ring (for leash and ID tags) are attached, along with the secure, side-release closure, using a tight hemming stitch.
